Who is John DeCarli?

I am an accomplished engineering leader who has managed the full lifecycle of highly complex technical projects/products while providing deliverables on time and under budget. I possess strong business analysis skills and the ability to bridge the communication gap between business and technology teams. 

I am client oriented, results-driven, and a natural motivator with extensive experience leading and managing large scale complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams on a global basis.
